How To Purchase?

Under "shipping address" section, fill in your recipient details (make sure the recipient name and email address is correct)
Under "remark" section, fill in your personal message to your recipient.
Once order has been placed, we will process and email the digital gift card to your recipient in 1-2 working days.

Terms & Conditions

No cancellation and amendment is allowed after payment is made.
Digital gift card is valid to claim within 1 year from the email issuance date and will not be replaced once expired.
Users will need to key in the coupon code given on EasyParcel "My Coupons" page in order to claim the digital gift card in the form of EasyParcel credit.
Digital gift card consists of EasyParcel credit only and does not comes with any promo rate or package benefits associated with it.
EasyParcel credit acquired from the digital gift card can be used to checkout any orders on EasyParcel Malaysia website.
Digital gift card is available for use with no minimum spending required.
Digital gift card is non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned regardless if it has been redeemed or not.
EasyParcel credit claimed from the digital gift card will follow user's EasyParcel account credit expiry. Eg if your EasyParcel credit balance is valid till 1st January 2023, upon claiming the digital gift card, all of your credit will be valid till 1st January 2023.
Users shall ensure the EasyParcel account is in active status before claiming the digital gift card.
Digital gift card expiry date cannot be changed after purchase.
